I sold it off because the alarm sound was too low to wake me up, secondly it did not have snooze button in it so it was of no use for me! I am that kind of person who uses the phone as an alarm, so it was of no use for me. Well as a phone it was good but not perfect. The sound quality was too low to be heard.

The touch sensitive controls are only for the music, I mean you still have to go ahead and open the phone if you need to do something.

Chocolate phones are supposed to be good and innovative at looks, but this one is tiring. The worst part is its shiny surface, which takes down the impression of your fingerprint at a single touch. I hate cleaning the phone every now and then and this makes me do that.
Bad one for me!!!

I just love the ringtones provided in this one all are good. I had heard them once when I was fiddling with my boyfriend’s phone and I just fell in love. He had to get a new phone for himself the nest day.

The thing I like in this one is that there is a shortcut key to switch over the phone to silent. Unlike the others where you need to go to profile settings and set it.

It has got a good sound quality and nothing else. The phone is good as a stylish phone that is if you want to buy it for styling up then you can go in but if you want to use it as a phone then it is better you drop the idea of using this one.

LG has proved that they can make better clamshells than Motorola. Just compare KG810 with the Motorola phones. You will certainly get my point. Keep it up LG!

The most disappointing phone I had ever used. I brought it, used it for two months and gave it back to phone shop for resell. Now enjoying my Nokia N72, which provides great support and the superior functionality.

I have used KG810 for two weeks and I was really frustrated with its low sound and worst battery backup. Though it has a nice clamshell design, we should also get the 100% results for the features that it offers. Isn’t it?

Last night my brother bought a brand new Nokia N series phone so he gave me this phone. But its touch sensitive navigation keys are not working. My bro has used it quite roughly so will get repaired it from service centre. Bye…..; ))

LG KG810 is an entry-level multimedia phone so I don’t think that it will offer you perfect support to send any multimedia file using its MMS feature. Also as per my knowledge, your phone requires extra setting to make use of that feature.
