Sony reveals Xperia Z and Xperia ZL in the press conference at CES 2013. As supposed, both will be available in different markets. There pricing are still to be announced, but they will be sold in March. Checkout more about them:
Sony Xperia Z
All new Sony Xperia Z is powered by the latest Snapdragon S4 Pro with a quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor. Also, it has Adreno 320 graphics, 2GB of RAM, 5” LED-backlit 1080 display with Mobile Bravia 2 Engine. With HDR option, the smartphone has a 13MP Exmor RS camera sensor capable of 1080 video recording. This is an IP57-certified phone for dust and water resistance.
With the unibody design, it provides fairly well connectivity - LTE, HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and FM radio. The phone has a non-removable 2,330mAh battery and a microSD slot as well. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with added features. Expected to hit the market in March, its price is still to be declared.
Sony Xperia ZL
Almost similar to the Xperia Z, it lacks IP57 certification and differs in appearance. This phone is a bit lighter than Xperia Z with a front camera placed in the bottom right corner of the front panel. However, it has somewhat the same features like the 5" 1080p display, the Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, the 13MP camera, the connectivity department, etc. And also it supports a microSD slot. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and expected to launch in March. Just like Xperia Z, its price will be soon announced.
