South Korean company Samsung has launched the Corby Speed in India, its first touch screen mobile handset on the CDMA platform. Staying true to Samsung's new slogan "a mobile for every lifestyle," the CDMA version of Corby offers data speeds up to 2.4Mbps for hi-speed mobile web browsing and quick downloads. Available in the open market, the Corby Speed supports full service across all CDMA operators OMH SIM cards like Tata Indicom, Reliance Mobile, MTS, and Virgin Mobile.

All the original trademark Corby features like interchangeable fashion jackets, pop style contours, and curved edge design are incorporated in the Corby Speed.  The touch screen handset also boasts of being included with a 2MP camera, 29 pre-installed widgets, 80MB internal memory, 8GB microSD card, 2.8" display, FM Radio with recording and music player.

Social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr, MySpace and Twitter can be directly accessed by users thanks to Enhanced SNS. Additionally, users can also upload photos and videos via these SNS widgets.

The Corby Speed includes three attractive fashion jackets in yellow, white, and black and is priced at Rs.10, 400.
