The South Korean mobile phone manufacturer, LG, will see its precious watch phone go live in Britain this month, The Telegraph reports. The watch phone measures just 1.5 inch and comes with some interesting features and an even more interesting price.
The handset comes with Bluetooth connectivity support and can run the 3G mobile phone network enabling users to browse the web, make video calls and check their emails using their phone.
The Telegraph informs that a limited number of handcrafter watch phones will be available exclusively on Orange later this month. The precise launch date is unknown; however, the price is expected to more than 1,000 pounds.
“The watch phone is the must-have gadget of 2009,” said Tom Alexander, chief executive of Orange UK. “It will turn heads on the high street.”
