Apple has launched the latest iPhone, the 3GS at the end of June and it was made available in two different options, namely a 16 GB iPhone and a 32 GB one. Previously, the iPhone 3G came as 8GB or as 16GB.
Rumors indicate that a further move by Apple might be to make available the 8GB version of the iPhone 3GS. It is said that the same version is on its way towards Canada and will be released by Rogers Wireless.
A leaked document from Rogers shows a Rogers 8GB iPhone transitioning to 3GS and that it also mentions the iPhone 3GS in 8GB Black. If this is true, then we should have official information on the phone in no time.
It would be an interesting move by Apple to make available the 8GB version of the iPhone 3GS. The handset would be sold at about $100 and it would surely attract a lot of customers.
In any case, we are still in the rumor area so if any official information becomes available, we’ll let you know.
