Two upcoming HTC handsets have been spotted in the wild and wmexperts have managed to acquire some very interesting information regarding the handsets’ specifications.

The HTC Mega is powered by a Qualcomm 7225 528MHz chip and comes with 256 MB ROM and 256 MB RAM. In addition, the handset spots a 2.8 inch QVGA display offering 240 x 320 pixels resolution.

The phone comes with GSM/ GPRS/ EDGE/ HSDPA connectivity support and also sports a 3 megapixel camera with fixed focus. There is no information on the handset’s pricing information or release date.

The Diamond 2 is expected to be launched by Verizon in September.
