The handset was presented a few months ago at a Sony Ericsson showcase. After its first glimpse, the visitors could appreciate its spectacular appearances. What this handset does best is to impress.
Sony Ericsson G900 is more like a candybar with numeric emulated to facilitate their use. No problems will come using this device, the keys are big enough and have the necessary space between them so you will not type more than one number or letter at a time.
Anyway this is not the strong point of the handset. It comes with some extraordinary features. The handset is running Symbian OS and has a 2.4 inch touchscreen display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution and 262K colors. It has about 160 MB internal memory but has an M2 memory stick with expandability to 4GB.
The Sony Ericsson G900 has Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support and USB 2.0. It comes with an interesting 5 megapixel camera with LED flash. The handset comes with a tough battery. It can last up to 12 hours in talk time or 380 hours in standby.
