Google sued over Android name

The confusion part hold in the part that no one ever had heard of the comapny named Android Data Corporation and secondly Google messed in their research department b'fore applying for a trademark. Actually it has become a vicious circle for Google. They get out of one mess, to be welcomed by another.

This is the second time Google has been sued. First over Gmail (Googlemail) and now over Android. Google is a brand name in the mobile and the internet world and everyone just tries to piggyback on their fame and success. It's common to drench in the sucess of Google as well as suck up the money.

Well well well..Same is the case of damages for trademark infringement as what happens while registering a name for a movie:)..Atleast international brands like 'Google' must have taken care of not repeating such casual mistakes & later dominating the other party..
