i don't want to continue with verizon contract, because of their bad service and treatment to me!! I informed them about the discontinuation of my contract, they agreed to it ans promised me not to take any ETF fees But after few days, they took ETF fees from me. When I contacted them, they said they never told me anything like this. so ridiculous!! redface

same here, I asked Verizon about canceling the contract as I was about to shift to asia. Verizon sent me an email stating that they would not charge me an etf. but when I received my bill with ETF charges. When I talked to the customer care, they were not ready to accept the fact. but when I showed them my email.. finally they had to accept it and they revised the bill without EFT.
