This happened about one week ago, I dropped down my husbands cell phone in the washing machine by mistake, (shh… not to be told to my hubby as he was out of town and does not know anything of this). I took the battery out and the SIM card and then I put everything out in the sun for drying. In the evening I realised that all the buttons of the phone were working fine,
 I did not try calling up anyone. I just want to know one thing, how well does the phone work in terms of battery life and other stuff?

by the way rens, you have not mentioned the phone brand and its model number. well if its a Nokia, don't worry..ur hubby will never come to know..and if its a samsung, then the best thing, surprise him with a HTC PDA. best of luck!

Well this is good, I am using iPhone and I keep dropping my phone in water and then I have to rush down to the service center to repair it
