I bought K770 expecting that this phone would offer me better service than my previous Motorola phone. But after using it for 2-3 months, keys started to come off. Does it happen with other K770 users? When I went to phone retailer, he told me that company will not give replacement for any physical damage. I never dropped my phone still this happened. What should i do now???
