Have you read specifications of KG290? It has support of Java MIDP 2.o.

I know that it has Java MIDP 2.0 support but KG290 is certainly not a high-tech phone. My institute is offering me one Java programme at 50 % discount rate and I want to buy and use it on my phone. So I am worried about it.
