I dropped my nokia in a bucket of water. :) I know that sounds hilarious.. I removed the battery, sim card, dried it and inserted it back. The mobile is wrking fine except that I am not getting the signal frm my network provider. What should I do? help

That’s one odd problem u have george.. amazed I think the problem is with the sim card which are made of plastic and can be affected of affected.. case it with a cover for future mis happenings.. and buy a new one, because repairing will be more expensive.

Hi Zolo! I don’t think the problem is due to sim card, because sim card don’t have any electronic parts. My sim card has got washed so many times.. the phone’s not working because of some other reason

Take apart the phone, insert the phone in cold water and dry it with a blow dryer at a low temp. put together the phone again. It will work.
