I'm looking for a freeware (as opposed to "free DOWNLOAD") PDF
editor which works OFFLINE. I have a scanned PDF of a work time sheet I
need to fill out every 2 weeks. Basically just need to fill in blank
boxes (dates, times etc.) save as a PDF & submit. I've got the
scanned doc PDF, just need a way to edit it. There seem to be no decent
FREEWARE PDF editors which do not work online. Not comfortable with this
personal data being online. Anyone know of such a program? TIA!

It's hard to find a good pdf editor. I’m an office worker, and I have to work with many documents. Most of the documents are handwritten, and I always have to rewrite them and then convert them to pdf. It really exhausted me, and I had to find a solution to my issue. After some time, I was able to find a website https://pdfchef.com/ [pdfchef.com] that had software that allowed me to scan handwritten text and convert it into pdf. I decided to give it a try, and it was stupendous.
