Hi has anyone had experience
with CBD oil separately or with thcfor disturbed sleep?. I'm not looking
to get high.i haven't had a proper night sleep for years and I don't
have apnea .  I would love to wake up fully refreshed in the morning..I
flatly refuse to take any addictive pills for it etc. CBD is now
available in Bangkok hospitals on prescription. I will ask my hiv doc at
my next visit also about possible interactions etc

Oil is not what you should be looking for. I have a similar case, and I can easily say that CBD oil is not good. I personally smoke hash 30 minutes before sleep, and it really relaxes me. I have constant anxiety, which disturbs my sleep. Because of that, I always had an irregular sleep schedule. I don't even know what I would do without my wonderful CBD oil before bed. So I would suffer from insomnia
