hey,
Its very easy, just send GPRS to 3733 and you can subscribe to GPRS of BSNL.

The subscribers of GPRS can download and access different ring tones, Mp3 tones, Themes, wallpapers through the websites like www.cellone.in or wap.cellone.in.
