can i dial BSNL toll free numbers from BSNL network operated mobile?

Hi mini_01 :) you cannot dial toll free numbers from BSNL mobile or any other network operated mobile. Toll free numbers can be dialed only through landline phones.

hi! this is anita hi i have a BSNL pre paid mobile and i live in chennai. Toll free numbers can be accessed by through my phone. but there's a condition that u should have a minimum balance of Rs.150 in ur phone.
