The google account is automatically backed
up and restored with your gmail account, unless you're one of those paranoid
folks and disabled automatic backup and restore with your google account.
As for all other apps, I use Motorola Backup [mobikin.com] which in your case would be for vkontakte, pinterest, and any other
apps.

Swipe up.
Select Settings.
Scroll to and select Accounts.
Select your Google account.
Select Account sync.
Select the Menu button.
Select Sync now.
Your information will be synchronised.
