i don't know whether this phone is available in the market or not.. but i would say its a very good phone using it for last 3 years.. its working since the day one!! thanks Eten for giving me such phone.. but now i want to buy something else any suggestion?

as per my knowledge, yes this phone is still available in the market. If you are looking out for Eten phones only, then Eten glofiish M700 is a good go. Few other PDAs are also good but they are recently announced which are not yet available.
