Of course you can import music from computer to Samsung phone. As a crazy Spotify fan, I prefer to convert Spotify music from M4P to MP3 format at first. After that, it will be much convenient for me to import all purchased iTunes music to any devices freely. Tuneskit Spotify Music Converter [tuneskit.com] is my option to convert Spotify audios at faster speed without hampering the quality in legal and effective way. Hope this point is useful to you. Good luck.
