Hi,
Mistakenly cricket alert pack is activated by my dad and now he wish to deactivate soon.
Please can anyone guide me how to deactivate my Cricket alert pack?

Cal customer care and ask them to deactivate cricket pack online. Just be ready to answer few questions for confirmation.
