I personally feel that the booming black market for Apple iPhones will be considerably reduced. Welcome news from both Apple and Vodafone.

good news for me..at least now I could be called a proud owner of an Apple iPhone when it releases in India. Rather than sourcing from other countries I will get the phone in my own land. Any one has any idea when the phone will be available?

Apple's iPhone is available in only five countries (Not in India). I have seen plenty of videos of this phone. One of my friends who came back to India from U.S. has iPhone 8 GB edition. I handled his phone once and i fall in love with it. But i cant get it in India. As per above news (Apple - Vodafone deal), iPhone will be available in India also. Though it is unclear, i am eagerly waiting for it.
