For printing signs, I always choose the largest font size. A big role here is played by the font style itself, a lot depends on it. There is a font where even size 72 looks small and vice versa. In my sign, I use a font Ink Free Font that always looks amazing. This font is not standard, I downloaded it from the site UpFonts [upfonts.com] because I didn't like any of the existing ones on my computer. I am always for creativity and uniqueness. You can always find something good!
