My father is very upset with the services of this one as each time he misses any urgent call it really take him hard to search into the settings!!!

Yuvi, jus try this ok:
To check a missed call:

  1. Select Menu > Calls.
  2. Press the navigation key to the right and select the tab with Missed.
  3. On this tab you can view your recently missed calls.
